I enjoyed my stay near the beach. the villa was very close to the sandy shore. It made beach access easy. also, i loved the spaciousness and comfort it provided. front desk staff remembered my name, i found that attentive.

the hotel double charged me for services. it was annoying to have to resolve that and confirm our word to them. we didn't get any feedback, and i ended up paying more. it would have been appreciated if they had been more trusting.

I had a junior suite. It felt really big! the air conditioning worked well. This was essential. the hotel also provided beach towels and a beach bag in the room. They were nice amenities.

Our villa was near the beach. It was really very comfy and tidy. the hotel beach area is well-equipped. Relaxation is easy here. the staff was very gentle and helpful. I felt very cared for. the hotel has many attractions. That was perfect for us.

the wi-fi signal wasn't really strong in some areas, a small hiccup.
